The location was good, convenient for the Metro, the major art galleries and the city centre. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, albeit rather lacking in character. It served us well for a five-day city break.
I was surprised the kitchenette had two hot rings and nothing else - a kettle, a coffee filter, or a small microwave would all have been simple to add, cheap and energy-saving.
Large apartment, clean and well equipped and excellent location. Furnishings a bit tired.
We liked the furniture and the bed - good place to stay together in the city-center.
No wi-fi in the room. The window is not opening - seems to be a lack of fresh air? Not really, I mean I wish the window opened - the room would less seemed a cage.
The location was quite good. Not right in the middle of the happening but only a short walk away. Metro station is also in front of the hotel. Mattress and bed were very comfortable, room was clean.
Minor thing: there was no view as the window was pointing in the backyard of the hotel
Rather old building and equipment
Location and cleanliness of the room.
An appartment for 4 people was in fact one bedroom for 2 + 2 couches in the livingroom, with only one bathroom (it wasn't explicit when we made the reservation
Good and convienent location. Next to Metro and walking distance to city. Friendly staff.
Nothing good to say about it really low quilty does not worth the value staff very bad they do not speak English
Location is bad rooms cleance was not good even I did not use one of the apartment because the bed sheet were missing I try very hard to explain to gay in duty that bed sheets and towels are missing he was telling me it is in cabord .so I was taired I did not use that apartment and I squeezed my self with my children in other apartment. I prefer if Booked.net remove this from there list because it does not worth the money or location or staff treatment very bad
Mainly its location: away from the busy downtown area of Madrid and, yet, close to everything thanks to the most efficient Metro system.
In general, I enjoyed my stay. The staff could be a bit friendlier.
Very well located (2 metro stations near), peaceful, well furnished.Staff is both kind and flexible towards customer needs: for instance, we could check out an hour later to better suite our flight schedule, and we got a bigger apartment with respect to our reservation, at the same prize. Highly recommended
The hotel is a bit dated, location is decent, but for the price you could find a better deal. The service was average and not very friendly.
